Bloom Flowers Refund Policy

1. What do I need to provide in order to receive a refund?

If goods are damaged, We ask that you provide a picture within 1-3 days within your purchase. That way, we can issue your refund as soon as possible. 

We also require your order confirmation number, so that we can locate the goods. 

2. What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Send us a picture of your goods and please tell us what you'd expected, we are constantly learning to improve our service. So if you are not satisfied with your order within the first 2 days of receiving it, we will exchange/refund your product(s) and issue a return label on the dissatisfactory product(s). 

3. Can I exchange or refund opened goods?

Sorry, but we cannot exchange or refund opened goods such as gifts. As they can no longer be resold. As for flowers, we cannot exchange or issue a refund on partially taken apart products, the goods must return in the same condition.

4. How will I receive my refund?

We will issue your refund to the same merchant used when purchased. Other than that we can also issue a credit note or apple gift card.

5. When will I receive my refund? 

 

Normally refunds are processed between 5-10 business days depending on the merchant.
